Introduction

Arts Society holds the slogan "inheriting classic, inspiring fashion" and aims at becoming a spirit-home for postgraduates who love culture and arts.

Arts Society is a place for you to exhibit your innovative thinking, artistic talents as well as management skills, and to work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people. It’s a place that values the diversity of interests (drama, music, dance, etc.)

We regularly hold rehearsals, showcases, workshops, etc. on campus. We bring shows to life in the campus and communities in which we study and live, and we’re driven by a set of values and a common purpose — to create, enhance and sustain arts in the campus and society. We’ll provide you support in a cooperation environment that allows you to grow and succeed.

Structure

社長團包括社長、副社長（內務/外務）、常務秘書和財務。下屬常設部門及職能描述如下。

President Office includes President, Vice-President (Internal/External), General Secretary and Treasurer. Permanent departments and their functions are described below.

  1. 秘書處 Secretariat：負責本社會議記錄、資訊整理和保存, 與本社司庫共同管理辦公室及活動物資 (archiving); 協助本社對外中英文郵件的起草 (email drafting)；執行本社內部事務，組織社員聚會、團隊等 (team building)，策劃外部活動 (event organization); 建立並維護與研會、其他屬下社體、校外學生組織、社會团體、贊助商的關係 (public relations)。

  2. 宣傳中心 Publicity Center：負責本社形象設計，制定並執行活動宣傳方案 (promotion)；管理本社官方網頁，論壇，社交網路官方主頁 (social media); 收集、整理、回饋資訊，發佈本社及校內有關活動的相關訊息,負責短片製作、新聞發佈及本社出版等 (publication)。

  3. 話劇中心 Drama Center：負責中西方戲劇的改編、演出及教學 (drama performance)。

  4. 音樂中心 Music Center：負責歌曲、音樂錄製和樂器表演 (music performance)。

  5. 舞蹈中心 Dance Center：負責表演型及實用型舞蹈的教學及表演 (drama performance)。

We give full members priority to apply for posts in Executive Committee, a variety of welfare and benefits to activities and annual performance.
