One root folder for each Team channel: General, Music, Dance, Drama, etc.

Google Drive

Access controlled by Google Groups.

For HKU members (enrolled after Sep 2021), please add your connect email account as alternative email for your personal gmail account, so that you can access documents in our shared Google Drive (follow the steps below).

Step 1

Click top right corner of any page of Google services, and then "Manage your Google Account"

Step 2

In "Personal info" page, choose "Email" settings under "Contact info".

Step 3

Find "Alternative emails" and then "Manage alternative emails".

Step 4

Add your HKU connect email address as alternative email for your google account.

For HKU members/alumni before 2021, please apply to join the Google groups by your personal gmail.
